Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed and the files have been delivered or made available for download.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your digital files due to a technical issue on our side.
• The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times.

Refund requests based on personal preference, accidental purchases, or a change of mind cannot be accepted after the files have been delivered.
